 NEWS RELEASE : AvGas is now available at the Ian Fleming International Airport.     

   

 


 Airports Authority of Jamaica (AAJ) is pleased to announce the   availability of   AvGas 100LL at the Ian Fleming International    Airport (IFIA) - Jamaica’s   newest jetport, located in Boscobel. Ian Fleming International Airport Fuel Farm is now dexterously outfitted to dispense AvGas and Jet A1 fuel. This recent installation heralds a heightened service level at the 3 year old International Port of Entry (IPE) and speaks to the commitment of the airport operators (AAJ) in enhancing the flexibility and relevance of the port to the General Aviation Community.

Thierry Pouille, CEO - Air Journey Flying Club (the first group to land at the IPE) is thrilled at the announcement of Avgas availability at Ian Fleming Int’l Airport “… this is certainly exciting news to GA travelers to the Caribbean. It will open up more of the destinations since the very popular piston aircraft will now be able to refuel at Ian Fleming Int’l Airport for stays in beautiful Jamaica or use the airport as a technical stop en route to further destinations.”

Take off, touchdown and glide into Jamaica’s new and improved International Jetport.

 It’s a paradise for pilots.
